• Internet Speeds: Fluid Full HD and 4K streaming require a stable broadband connection. We recommend a minimum of 25-50 Mbps for optimal high-concurrency event feeds.
• ISP Throttling: Certain UK internet service providers may throttle high-bandwidth video streams during peak sports matches. Our team will guide you on compatible player DNS settings or VPN usage if necessary.

3. Trial-First & Refund Guarantee

To ensure complete satisfaction with no risk, we offer a **free 24-hour IPTV trial** containing full sports and movie access. We strongly recommend testing compatibility before choosing a paid package.

Because digital streaming credentials are active immediately upon manual registration, refunds are processed only in cases where our engineers are completely unable to deliver active stream coordinates to your device within 24 hours of ordering.

4. Server Updates & Catalog Maintenance
